Sundae

Habits with a cherry on top.

You pick a habit and how you'll treat yourself for it. Sundae keeps count and cheers when you get there. Get Sundae on the App Store.

Live a little. Treat yourself for consistent habits. Three gym days, one movie night. You choose the habit and the reward. Earned it. The reward is yours the day you reach your number. Done your way. Four widgets, from a single habit to the whole week.

Does Sundae give me ice cream?

Sadly, no. Sundae is a habit tracker, not an ice cream truck. The sundae lives in the app. Your rewards are the ones you pick and give yourself: a movie night, a new book, or a real sundae if that's your thing.

So who gives me my reward?

You do, and you choose it. Sundae never sells, sends or pays for anything, and nothing in it has a cash value. It's not a rewards program. It's a high five.

What does "earned" mean?

That you reached the number you set for the week. It's a note to yourself, and encouragement to treat yourself to something nice.

Do rewards have to be food?

Not at all. Anything you'd enjoy works: a walk somewhere new, a long bath, an hour with a book, or even watching your favorite show.

Is Sundae health advice?

No. Sundae helps you keep the habits you choose. For health, diet or money decisions, ask someone qualified.

Why Sundae?

Sundae is a reminder that life is for enjoying, not just a checklist to get through. The name is a nod to Sunday, when you look back on the week and plan the next, and to a celebration of the progress you're making, which deserves a treat when you keep at it. Life is sweeter with something to look forward to, big or small.
