Terms of Service

Your license to use these apps is Apple's, your purchases are Apple's to handle, and what you put into an app stays yours.

Your license

Every app here is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which you accept when you download it from the App Store. You can read it on Apple's site.

Your content

Anything you put into an app stays yours. We claim no rights to it, and we never receive it. What each app keeps, and where, is on the privacy page.

Purchases and refunds

Every purchase is made through Apple, on Apple's terms. A subscription renews until you cancel it, which you do in Settings on your device. Refunds are Apple's to give, through Report a Problem, and not ours.

Sundae's rewards are yours to give yourself

In Sundae you choose a reward for a habit, and the app marks it earned when you reach the number you set. That is all "earned" means. Sundae does not give, sell, send, pay for or promise any reward: no ice cream, no sundaes, no food or drink, no money and no prizes. It is not a rewards or loyalty program, and nothing in it can be redeemed or has any cash value. The sundae, the cherry and the sprinkles are pictures in the app.

A reward is whatever you decide to give yourself, and it is your choice and your responsibility, including what it costs and whether it suits your health and your budget. Sundae is not medical, dietary or financial advice.

What the apps promise

They are provided as they are. We fix what we can, and the license agreement above sets out what is and is not warranted.

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with its date.
